Jamia Begins Short Term Skill Based Courses: Jamia Millia Islamia has started many short term skill based courses to give practical training to the students and make them employment ready. These courses will be conducted by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). Students will be educated in the fields in which there is a demand for candidates. Fashion Designing, Advanced Fashion Designing and Advanced Bakery Training, Basics Tailoring and Embroidery courses will be conducted offline. Their fees vary according to the course. For example, some have a fee of 3 thousand, some have a fee of 5 to 6 thousand and some have a maximum fee of up to 15 thousand rupees.
